Steven H.  Brown, CMCA, AMS®, PCAM®

President

Mr. Brown was born and raised in the San Antonio area, growing up in New Braunfels, Texas. He attended college at Southwest Texas State upon graduation from Canyon High School in New Braunfels. In his spare time, he enjoys family time, having spent eleven plus years coaching his children in softball, football, and baseball. Now with both kids in college, he enjoys visiting with family and friends whenever possible.

Mr. Brown has been involved in property management for over twenty-two years. Along the way he has achieved multiple designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) to include the highest designation of Professional Community Association Manager, or PCAM®. Mr. Brown is also a past President of the San Antonio Chapter of CAI and remains an active member today.

Neighborhood Association Management, LLC (NAM) was created to bring back a local presence to the marketplace. Our goal is to provide a customer service experience that is second to none. Our hope is that you find your home with NAM. Local professionals dealing with local professionals who understand the market because we are neighbors, and in this together.
